A flexible way to join the Explorers Mail Club adventure! Each month includes two OT-designed mailers (sent every-other week) filled with handwriting, visual-motor, visual perceptual, and movement-based activities designed to build skills through story and play.

Billing: Automatically billed at $27/month at the end of each billing cycle.

Nature Market Makers Camp is a small, outdoor, drop-off program for children ages 7–10, led by a pediatric occupational therapist and designed to build real-life skills through play. Camp runs Monday–Friday from 9:30–12:30 and combines nature exploration, games, and hands-on creating as children work together to design goods or services using natural materials to “sell” at the end of the week using earned Market Maker dollars. Basic items/tools will be provided. Throughout the week, kids practice executive functioning skills like planning, organizing, problem-solving, and flexible thinking, along with emotional regulation, teamwork, and communication in a supportive, fun environment. A healthy group snack-making activity is included on Wednesday. Families are invited to join us on Friday from 12–1pm for our Market Day to explore and celebrate what the children have created!

The child has not been evaluated by a licensed occupational therapist in the past 6 months or the treating therapist is requesting a full evaluation for the child. This includes a 1-hour in-person assessment using standardized and/or non-standardized tools/assessments, a write-up of evaluation findings and recommendations, and established goals. Fees include processing charge of 2.9% + $.30 per payment.

The child has had a full comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation in the past 6 months. This service will include a review of previous therapy paperwork and other pertaining documents, review of Trailroot Kids Intake paperwork, and 45-minute phone consultation. Previous goals may be carried out or changed/modified based on clinician and parent discussion of needs. A full evaluation may be recommended if needed. Fees include a processing fee of 2.9% + $.30 per transaction.

Individual occupational therapy package includes 10 75-minute sessions in a nature-based/community setting, 3 30-minute consultation calls or in-person meetings, and goals/treatment plan tailored to the child’s needs. $1,600 total in 3 monthly payments of $533.33 completed within 3 months. Fees include processing charge of 2.9% + $.30 per payment.

Join us in nature for our small group enrichment sessions! Each session blends movement, sensory play, and creative exploration in nature—supporting focus, social interaction, self-regulation, and confidence.
